French cakes are a unique dessert. It's about the size of a cookie, but has a cake like consistency. It is made with a unique press or iron, similar to a waffle. Kay first aquired this recipe from her hometown in Pennsylvania. She had neighbors who were from France and Belgium who passed along the recipe. They are also called "Belgium New Years Cakes."


    This book is a premium soft cover book. It has sadle stitch binding and is 5.25" wide by 8.25" tall. It is 28 pages long.
